Hello all,
We have changed our installer on the download page from an exe to a zip file.
We had bundled our Shaderlight for SketchUp installer with the Shaderlight Cloud installer into one exe, but this has caused a few issues with users. Some have had anti virus software blocking the exe from opening or even downloading. Whilst we work on a permanent solution, we have bundled the two msi installers into one zip folder.
To install Shaderlight, please extract the two msi files locally on your machine, then proceed to install Shaderlight for SketchUp first, then run the Shaderlight Cloud msi.
This is for the Windows version only. The Mac OS version is not affected by this change.
