Shaderlight Cloud Not Working

Oct 15, 2016 01:09pm shapestorm Total Posts: 1	Does anyone have a solution when you scene shows in the queue as uploaded but no progress is made made on the render after over 8 hours? I messaged support with no response yesterday and now I see today that it has started rendering despite asking them to refund my credits since I had to use my PC to meet my deadline as an alternative. I uploaded my scene before noon yesterday and at 8:30 PM there was still no activity. So I started my render at 4:15 on my own machine and it took 4 hours to complete. I still want to use the service as I have had no issues before, anyone else have this issue?

Oct 15, 2016 03:36pm kfoojones Total Posts: 132	Hello shapestorm, Unfortunately your render job got stuck yesterday and then automatically restarted itself earlier today. I’m sure that we will refund the credits used on that job since it didn’t start in a timely manner, but I’m afraid it might not be until Monday, when my colleague returns and can formally authorise it.
