transfer to new laptop with 2017 update

Nov 23, 2016 06:27am mintseli Total Posts: 1	hello: I have v2 full license & v3 upgrade license and currently using shaderlight with 2015 sketchup make. but I had really bad experience when I want to upgrade my skechtup from 2012 to 2015 and shift my shaderlight to 2015,because I have to find v2&v3; shaderlight msi file and start to intall it all over again. now,I just bought a new laptop and I would like to install the 2017 sketchup make and upgrade my shaderlight to 2017 version. should I start to find v2&v3; install file(.msi or.exe)and install it all over again or what will be the simplest way to upgrade my shaderlight or keep my v3 version with 2015 skp make on my new laptop? thank you.

Nov 23, 2016 09:43am kate Total Posts: 74	Hi Mintseli Once you have SketchUp 2017 and Shaderlight 2017 installed then there is no need to install previous versions of Shaderlight. Simply activate Shaderlight by entering your v3 upgrade license (ignore the error message) followed by your newly purchased Shaderlight 2017 upgrade code. Will this license key work if I now download and install Version 5 (for SU 2017) ? Or I will need to purchase an upgrade Thanks
