Unable To Change Quality Setting and Lighting Position

I am trying to render in Sketchup and I am unable to change the quality setting (the low to high), it is stuck in the middle. I also cannot change the lighting position (0-360), it is stuck at 0. I can change everything else; output resolution, illumination mode, update frequency, lighting type & image, exposure settings, and background settings.

I have not had this problem before and need a resolution asap. I am using Sketchup 2016 with Shaderlight Pro.

Hi
did you email this problem to support@artvps.com already? - I think this is the best way.
If possible, you can share the model or just a part of it so I could take a look at it…
(I´m running SU2016 Pro with Shaderlight 4.0.0)

Does this error occurs ever or only in a certain SU model? If it is just a certain SU model error you could >>copy -  paste in place<< your model content into a new SU file and check whether the error exists again…

Hi,

This sounds like a bug on some Windows machines that we recently fixed in Shaderlight 2017 (5.0) and Shaderlight 2016 (4.1.1). Are you running either of those two versions? If not, but you do have a Shaderlight 2016 licence, you can download the 4.1.1 installer here: https://artvps.com/dl/ShaderlightForSketchUp_411.msi.

Regards,

I did email support and their solution fixed it. Had to uninstall then reinstall, it seems to be working fine now. Thank you!
