Shaderlight forums

My shaderlight pro has stopped working and only the free trial tools are available to utilize.  I went and tried to reactivate the pro settings by putting in my activation code.  I received the error “License code failed: wrong host for license (-4).  I am using the same computer it was originally installed on.  Not sure how to fix the problem.  It is running on Sketchup Makeup 2016.  Thanks
