CartI upgrade to the 2019 version, but when using it with SU, I can’t access any resolution bigger than 640 x 480! Why?

Hi - if not already done, please send your problem also by postmail directly to “[email protected]” - probably this will speed up help. (which software did you update to 2019? - SkUp or Shaderlight or both?) |

Hi Jens3D I can see that you have a Shaderlight 2019 license. After activation please ensure that you restart SketchUp and Shaderlight so that your license is updated. If you still have problems, please do email [email protected] many thanks |
