I am having entire objects (components, groups, and shapes) disappearing in while rendering. I am using the same rendering settings that i have always used.

Yes - this was the result of a ‘corrupt’ object that causes Shaderlight to abort the export early. If you’d like to send us your model we can try and identify the offending object.
