I was hoping to upload some scenes to the cloud for rendering but am no longer able to purchase credits through your website. Have you discontinued this service?
Perhaps I am missing something?

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you on this.
Unfortunately we’ve made the decision to suspend our cloud rendering service for the time being due to rising costs. We are looking into how we can make the service more effective and economical in the future.

For users who need to render on the cloud, we have reinstated individual rendering credits in our online shop but multi-credit packs remain suspended to try to ensure the service can be run sustainably. We have some ideas to fundamentally rework the service to make it more affordable and faster but that is a longer-term project.
