Shaderlight for SketchUp 3D Rendering Technology

cannot save a scene rendered in the cloud

Nov 03, 2020 09:53pm pdrury Total Posts: 1	I have 3 scenes that have completed rendering in the cloud but when I try to save (does not matter which format) I am not getting the pulldown for “save as type:” where you would typically save as jpeg etc It will download with no extension and I am not able to open it

Nov 03, 2020 10:04pm kfoojones Total Posts: 286	Hi, Could you try renaming the downloaded file to have a ‘.png’ extension to see if that allows you to open it? (That should be the default if nothing else was specified.) To help us identify the root cause of the problem, could you let us know which version of Windows or macOS you are using, and which versions of SketchUp and Shaderlight?
