Hello,
It looks as though the windows are modelled using a single plane with a “thick glass” material applied to them. This could be either the Auto Type for one of SketchUp’s glass materials or the Transparent Thick_Glass setting in Shaderlight’s material editor. The thick glass materials are intended for objects with a real thickness in order to get realistic refractions.
You can either use the Thin_Glass finish to avoid single plane windows getting incorrect refractions or model the glass by extruding it to the correct thickness.
If you would like further help with this don’t hesitate to contact us here or at support@artvps.com.
