The Quality of the image is set using a simple slider. The higher the slider the better the image, but the slower the render time. If the Update mode is set to Auto, Shaderlight will restart the render whenever you change the quality slider.

If you set the quality slider to 80% or above, then Shaderlight automatically switches into Single update mode (see the Update section).
While you can switch back to Auto or On Demand mode, at high quality settings these modes need plenty of RAM on your computer.
