Graham Wylie, 53, is a qualified accountant who has spent the last 20 years specialising in the development of start-up technology companies in the computer and computer peripherals sector. In 1980 he co-founded Immediate Business Systems plc (“IBS”) which was listed in 1982 and sold in 1989. IBS developed and marketed the first UK portable computing device.
In 1991 Graham joined Xaar plc as finance director, becoming chief executive in 1993 where he steered the company through successive rounds of venture capital funding, a private placing in 1996 and flotation on the Official List in 1997. Xaar, based in Cambridge, is a world leader in ink jet printing technology.
Currently, Graham is part time CEO of Bionex Investments plc, a private investment company in the biotechnology sector, and a non-executive director of U4EA plc a private company in the telecoms market. In addition he is an advisor to seed capital providers Hotbed Ltd and a member of the business mentor programme for the University of Cambridge Entrepreneurship Center.

Brian Tyler, 50, was appointed CEO of ART VPS in November 2003. Previously he was CEO of Cambridge Animation Systems, a leading 2D animation software company whose products were used to produce such feature-length films as Prince of Egypt and Iron Giant. During Brian's tenure, Cambridge Animation won a Queen's Award as an outstanding UK company and pioneered new technology for merging 2D and 3D animation. Before joining Cambridge, Brian helped launch SoftImage 3D animation software in the UK and was instrumental in building the company's worldwide reseller channel. He also has experience designing 2D drafting and 3D modeling systems, and has worked as a technical, sales and marketing director for film and video special effects companies in London. Brian has a degree in cybernetics and computers from the University of Kent.

Julie Baddeley is an Associate Fellow of Templeton College Oxford and a Director of the BOC Group, Yorkshire Building Society, the Government Pensions Group, and three venture capital trusts. Julie was formerly Executive Director of Woolwich plc and Chairman of the Woolwich Life Assurance and General Insurance businesses, and prior to that was Head of Change Management for a substantial part of Accenture’s European practice.
