ARTVPS assures customers with new support package

ARTVPS is launching a new customer service package dedicated to providing enhanced support for its growing customer base throughout US and across Europe.
 
Developed to encompass more than just technical support, ART-assure provides customers with regular software upgrades to further enhance their ARTVPS hardware rendering solution, as well as tutorials which enable them to get the best from their investment.
 

 
As part of the package, ART-assure subscribers will benefit from major software releases and regular updates for RenderServer and RayBox as well as an improved customer support process, headed by a dedicated manager.  Legacy products, PURE PCI-X and RenderDrive RD6400 will also receive continued software updates and support for the foreseeable future.
 
The changes, developed to provide a clearer and more transparent service level, extend to the company’s website (artvps.com), which has been updated to feature new improved tutorials and FAQs. A simpler, flat rate pricing structure has also been put in place, with a straightforward discounted/tiered structure for those with more than one unit.
